GoodLife Fermentation Jar Kit - 1 L

This GoodLife fermentation kit is a great way to get started making your own fermented foods and makes an excellent gift for a health conscious friend.

The food-grade silicone fermentation lids are self-burping meaning they vent as needed without letting air back into the jar.

Each kit includes:

• 1x 1 L GoodLife glass jar with wide mouth opening
• 1x silicone fermentation air-lock lid and screw band
• an instruction / recipe guide

If you are wanting to use a weight to keep the contents weighted down under the brine, you can use these glass fermentation weights. Please note that the fermentation stones are too large to fit inside these jars.
