Directions

Inhalation: Hold open bottle under nose and inhale deeply. Apply a drop to the fingertips and rub to nape of neck and temples. (Avoid touching anywhere around the eyes).

Diffusion: Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser, allow 10 minutes, repeat hourly.
