Ball Home Preserving Starter Kit

The Ball Home Preserving Starter Kit is a good option if you already have a canning pot but are looking for a rack to lower and remove the jars from the boiling water safely.

This starter kit includes:

• Preserving rack with lifter (some basic assembly required)
  
• 3x Ball pint sized jars with regular mouth (lids and bands included)
• Jar lifter for removing jars safely
• Jar funnel
• Bubble removal spatula with headspace measurements

The preserving rack will fit most kitchen stockpots and will hold 3 x 16oz (pint) jars or 4 x 8oz (half pint) jars. Your kitchen stockpot will need to be at least 19cm tall and 24cm in diameter.
