The Plant-Based Yogurt Starter by Culture Cupboard is designed to help you make successful dairy-free yoghurt at home. These starters are designed for yoghurt fermentation and are ideal for use with a variety of plant-based milks.

Pack size:

Each pack includes 5x sachets of a starter culture and 5x sachets of an organic base. From this, you can make 5x 1L batches of yoghurt.

You will also find a small booklet with instructions and recipes included. 

Recipes included:

Coconut, almond, cashew, soy, nut and seed blend yoghurts.

Ingredients:

Organic rice starch, vegetable gum (agar), lactic acid bacteria (Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium).

Country of origin: Made in New Zealand from imported ingredients.

Expiry date for current lot: Jan 2021

Storage: Freezer for the best shelf life.
