The 1.5 L Le Parfait Super Jars are a great size for big ferments and pantry storage. A good option for bottled fruits and fruit juices too.

The curved shape of the Super jars helps to avoid spills with liquid contents.

Perfect for food storage - air tight and leak proof.

Ferment directly in these jars without an additional airlock - the jars self vent as pressure builds up inside the jar.

Size: 1500 mL preserving volume / 1555 mL overflow capacity

Included: Each jar comes with the wire hinge and rubber ring. Replacement rubber rings / gaskets are available here.

Replacement rubber ring size: 85 mm

Instructions for use:

• The rubber rings are stretched in place onto the lid of the jars - they remain securely in place once fitted
• It is recommended to use a new rubber ring with each preserve / ferment
• If using your jars for food storage, the seals need to be replaced every 6 months to protect the closing mechanism, jar rim and lid from damage (always replace if you see signs of damage too)
