This website is operated by Kiwi Family Kitchen (a trading name of Miss Mouse Ltd). By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Your information

Your privacy is important to us and we will always take reasonable care to ensure your personal details collected by us are kept secure. We only collect personal information from you to allow us to process your order or respond to an enquiry.

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter (please do, it’s fab!) then we will only ever use this to send you product information, promotions, recipes and ideas for reducing waste or living more sustainably.

All products listed on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Delivery fees are charged at checkout – you can view our flat rate delivery fees here.

Kiwi Family Kitchen reserves the right to modify or correct pricing at any time and without prior notice.

Payment of goods

We remain the owner of the goods until paid in full. We accept payment via credit card (Mastercard and Visa), AfterPay and internet banking. We do not offer credit accounts and all goods are to be paid in full prior to dispatch.

If making payment via bank transfer, this must be done within 3 business days otherwise your order will be cancelled and the goods made available for other customers to purchase. Our account details will be automatically emailed to you when you place your order. It can take a few days for payment to clear into our account so please bear this in mind if you are needing your items urgently.

Delivery of your order

We only deliver to New Zealand addresses. Please see our shipping information for further details. If you live in another country and would like to purchase non-glass items, please contact us and we will process your order manually.

We send all orders via courier with signature required. We can send without signature required but please be aware that this is at your own risk.

Returns and refunds

We offer a stress-free returns and refunds policy which you can view here.  Please note that returns must be made within 30 days and notification of damage on receipt of goods must be made within 5 days.


All images and content on this website are owned by Kiwi Family Kitchen (or the respective owners of the images who have given us permission to use them). Our images and content cannot be copied, re-used or reproduced without the prior written consent of Kiwi Family Kitchen.

Disclaimer and indemnity

We have endeavoured to represent all products as accurately as possible. For items with fair trade, organic and compostability claims, this information has been provided to us by our suppliers and we pass this information on in good faith. Please note that some items are handmade and, as such, you can expect some slight variations to occur.

Recipes provided on our blog have been developed in our own kitchen. Due to variations in oven operation, processing equipment, operator expertise and raw materials, we cannot guarantee the successful outcome of your baking, cooking or preserving endeavours. For home preserving, we strongly recommend that you make yourself fully familiar with the best practices for home preservation as failure to take due care can pose a serious safety issue for yourself and your family. As we cannot ensure that you follow best practices and because apparatus / equipment can vary greatly, we cannot ensure the safe outcome of your finished product.

As a New Zealand based and owned company, you can feel assured that you are covered under NZ consumer law (in particular the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act). As we are committed to providing good customer service and standing by the products we sell, we will always meet, if not exceed, our requirements under these two acts.
