Weck Mold Jars - 1050 mL

The 1050mL Weck Mold Jar is perfect for both preserving and food storage.

This jar is ideal for your bottled fruits and can be a good size for pressure canned casseroles for a family of 4-5. A great option for food storage in your pantry too.

Each jar comes with the glass lid shown.

You can purchase the Weck large rubber ring and 2x stainless steel clamps to make your jar airtight and secure (you'll need 3x clamps for pressure canning). Alternatively, you could use the large Weck Keep Fresh plastic lid. Or, if you are wanting something extra special, the large Weck wooden lids will serve you well for dry goods.

Jar dimensions and features:

• 108 mm W (widest point) x 175 mm H (including lid)
• 1050 mL capacity
• Large (L) lid fittings (size 100)
• Suitable for both water bath and pressure canning
• Dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe
• Safe in an oven up to 180oC but heat up slowly and avoid any sudden temperature changes, especially when taking the jars out of the oven. For sanitising before preserving, place in an oven at 100oC for approx. 10 minutes.
• Wide mouth opening with straight sides for easy filling
• BPA free and no plastic in contact with the food
• No parts that will rust
