Falcon Enamel XL Lasagne Pan - White with Blue Rim

This extra large enamel pan by Falcon is designed for lasagne but equally amazing as a roasting tray. Roasted seasonal vegetables with thyme from the garden, a drizzle of olive oil and salt... perfect!

Falcon enamelware is made by fusing glass onto heavy gauge steel. This makes it durable and the surface smooth and scratch resistant. Whilst hard and strong, you can expect enamelware to chip if dropped. This will reveal the steel beneath which will naturally oxidise. The enamelware is still safe to use and you can consider the wear and tear to be part of its charm.

Falcon enamelware is free from harmful chemicals, nickel and lead.

Use and care:

• Oven safe up to 270 °C
• Dishwasher safe
• Freezer safe
• Can be used on electric and gas hobs
• Do not allow to boil dry
• Do not use in a microwave
• Do not use abrasive cleaning pads or cleaners
• Soak in warm soapy water to help remove any baked on food
• If baking in the enamelware, coat with a light layer of oil before cooking to help with cleaning after use
• Lemon juice can be used to remove stains including tea stains
