Regas Spanish Terracotta Oval Bakers (3 sizes)

The traditional Spanish terracotta bakers are made from high quality fire proof terracotta clay. This oval shape is great for pies and desserts but you can roast vegetables and meats in it too.

These are suitable for use in an oven and microwave along with the freezer.

Dishwasher safe.

Important usage and care instructions (included with item):

These dishes are brittle when new so it is very important that a simple pre-use procedure is followed. If you intend to use on direct heat, please follow the process outlined below.

1. Before use, submerge in cold water overnight. If it is not used often or if the climate is dry, do this again before each use for a short time.
2. Do not put it on the heat empty (i.e. add a little oil).
3. Always begin cooking on a low heat. The heat can be increased once the dish is warm.
4. Do not subject to abrupt temperature changes.
5. Dry thoroughly before storing, especially in humid climates.
6. If placing into the freezer, make sure it is at room temperature first.

Dishwasher, freezer, oven and microwave safe.
