The 1 L Le Parfait Super Terrine Jars are suitable for preserving (water bath and pressure canning), freezing, fermenting and food storage.
The largest jar in the Super Terrine range and perfect for pickled vegetables, olives, bottled whole fruits, casseroles and more. This is a great size for dry storage in your pantry or for keeping nuts and seeds airtight in the fridge.
Included: Each jar comes with the wire hinge and rubber gasket.
Replacement 100 mm rubber rings / gaskets are available here.

I have used them for preserving water bath and overflow method and seals up very well. Solid good quality and very nice looking jars.
