Use the Daily Bake Bread Lame to score your dough for the perfectly rustic ears on your homemade bread. This bread lame will allow you to create intricate patterns or make simple long cuts in the dough. Either way, you'll end up with traditional artisan-style bread your family will love.

To use:

• Use the curved blade to gently score the dough without cutting too deeply or applying too much pressure.
• If the dough sticks to the blade, wet the blade with water between cuts.
• To create the traditional ear shape, hold the bread lame at a 30° angle to the dough surface and cut 5 mm deep.
  
• Carefully wipe clean with a damp cloth - the blade is sharp!
