The Kilner Kefir Set - 500 mL is designed for making kefir at home.

The set includes a 500 mL Wide Mouth Kilner jar, dual-size silicone strainer cap, beech wood measuring spoon and stainless steel lid. Add your kefir grains using the measuring spoon, then add milk or sugar water and allow fermentation to begin.

Once your kefir is ready, the strainer cap makes it easy to pour while separating the kefir grains, and the stainless steel lid can be used to cover the jar.

The set comes in a gift box with a recipe and step by step instruction booklet, making it a practical gift for a friend.
