Le Parfait Super Jars - 250 mL

The smallest Le Parfait Super Jar at 250 mL, you'll love this jar for preserving salsa, jam, chutney, relish and stewed fruit but it's uses and versatility doesn't end there. This is a great size for taking yoghurt, chia seed puddings, fruits, soups and stews to work or on picnics.

The curved shape of the Super jars is not only gorgeous but helps to avoid spills with contents containing a lot of liquid.

Included: Each jar comes with the wire hinge and rubber gasket. 

Replacement 70 mm rubber rings / gaskets are available here.

Suitable for:

• Water bath canning
• Pressure canning
• Fermentation - ferment directly in these jars without an additional airlock as the jars will self-vent as pressure builds up inside the jar
• Food storage - air tight and leak proof seal

Not suitable for the traditional open kettle / hot fill / overflow method.

Not suitable for freezing liquid food in.

Please note: If using this jar for food storage with regular opening and closing, the seals need to be replaced every 6 months to protect the closing mechanism, jar rim and lid from damage.
