Le Parfait Super Terrine Jars - 350 mL

The 350 mL Le Parfait Super Terrine Jars are suitable for preserving (water bath and pressure canning), freezing, fermenting and food storage.

These are a good size for terrines, salsa, relishes, pickles, storing herbal teas, coffee, salad topping mixers, mayonnaise and other salad dressings. A popular options for small meals in the freezer. A handy size that you will find many uses for.

Included: Each jar comes with the wire hinge and rubber gasket. 

Replacement 85 mm rubber rings / gaskets are available here.

Suitable for:

• Water bath canning
• Pressure canning
• Freezer safe - the Terrine jars all have straight sides which taper slightly from top to bottom making it easy to turn out product from them. Leave an appropriate headspace.
• Fermentation - ferment directly in these jars without an additional airlock as the jars will self-vent as pressure builds up inside the jar
• Food storage - air tight and leak proof seal

Not suitable for the traditional open kettle / hot fill / overflow method.

Please note: If using this jar for food storage with regular opening and closing, the seals need to be replaced every 6 months to protect the closing mechanism, jar rim and lid from damage.
