I love Weck jars, and especially these little beauties. The tulip shape is so pretty, and the size is perfect for a 1 or 2 person home. They stack in the pantry. I use them for both water bath and pressure canning. When pressure canning I use 3 clamps just in case, but I've never had a jar not seal properly. I do not use the tulip shape for freezing, the narrowed neck would make it more prone to breakage. Mold shapes are ideal for freezing. I use the larger sizes for storing dry goods, to keep pantry moths out.
