Benriner Professional Super Mandoline - White (95 mm)

The 95 mm Benriner Professional Super Mandoline is made in Japan and offers outstanding cutting performance. It's larger in slicing area width than the 64 mm option and allows slices up to 8 mm thick to be cut.

It includes a flat blade and three further interchangeable blades for julienne style slicing, as well as a finger guard for safer slicing.

The blade dial allows for continuous adjustability so slice thickness can be fine-tuned from 0.5 mm to 8 mm thick slices.

Includes a non-skid base and hook for resting over the edge of bowls or pots.

Can be fully disassembled after use for thorough cleaning.

What's the difference between the Professional and Classic Benriner Mandolines? Professional series includes a non-slip foot, hook for resting over the edge of a bowl or pot, a more ergonomic handle, and allows thicker slices to be cut. The Classic series does not have these features.
