I ordered both sizes of these French Boxwood salt spoons and am finding them very useful. The smaller 7 cm size I actually do use for salt - it holds a good pinch or approximately 1/8th (or 0.616 milliliters) of a teaspoon of salt.
The larger 11 cm sized spoon is used by my partner for a different purpose, he uses it to add a small amount of honey into his cup of tea. Either way, they are handy for both of our purposes. Thank you. :-)
