This is a 38 cm diameter preserving pan which is perfect for larger batches of preserves. A great wide opening for mixing, bringing to a boil and evaporating water from your preserves.

Please note that this is NOT a heavy-based preserving pan.

I use this a lot for brining and making pickles and for blanching tomatoes and peaches for peeling.
