How do you seal Le Parfait jars?
Sealing depends on the jar type:
Familia Wiss Terrine jars: Use the sealing capsule first, then screw the lid on. Tighten firmly for hot fill/overflow methods, and slightly less tight for water bath or pressure canning. Once cooled, remove the screw lid and check the seal.
Super and Super Terrine jars: Clamp the jar shut before placing it in the canner. Once cooled, simply unclamp to check the seal.

Can you reuse Le Parfait seals?
It’s recommended to use a new rubber seal each time, but many people successfully reuse Le Parfait rubber seals. As long as the seal is clean, undamaged, and still in good condition, it can be reused - even if it looks stretched after canning.
