Benriner Classic Mandoline with Catch Box - Ivory (64 mm)

The 64 mm Benriner Classic Mandoline with Catch Box in ivory is made in Japan and offers outstanding cutting performance.

It includes a flat blade and three further interchangeable blades for julienne style slicing, as well as a finger guard for safer slicing, and catch box with non-slip feet.

The blade dial allows for continuous adjustability so slice thickness can be fine-tuned from 0.5 mm to 3 mm thick slices.

Can be fully disassembled after use for thorough cleaning.

What's the difference between the Professional and Classic Benriner Mandolines? Professional series includes a non-slip foot, hook for resting over the edge of a bowl or pot, a more ergonomic handle, and allows thicker slices to be cut. The Classic series does not have these features.
