The Brod & Taylor Bread Peel is a lightweight tool for transferring bread and pizza to and from a hot baking surface.
Its thin profile and smooth leading edge help the peel slide beneath dough, baked loaves and pizza with less disturbance. The broad anodised aluminium surface provides stable support, while the handle keeps your hand further from the heat as you work.
Designed for home ovens, the peel has a 55.9 cm total length and a hanging loop for convenient storage. The anodised surface is food safe and designed to help reduce sticking.
