The Bakemaster Professional Vitreous Enamel Baking Sheet is a heavy duty flat baking sheet designed for cookies, meringues, pastries, and other baking.
It features a vitreous enamel surface for even heat distribution, with flat edges to help make removal easier. The glassy, non-porous nature of the enamel finish makes it hard-wearing, naturally smooth, and easy to clean.
The baking sheet is suitable for direct heat sources including induction. Use on medium to low heat when using on a direct heat source, and take extra care with ceramic and induction stove tops as they heat quickly.
