Benriner Professional Mandoline - White (64 mm)

The 64 mm Benriner Professional Mandoline is made in Japan and offers outstanding cutting performance. It includes a flat blade and three further interchangeable blades for julienne style slicing, as well as a finger guard for safer slicing.

The blade dial allows for continuous adjustability so slice thickness can be fine-tuned from 5 mm down to 0.5 mm thick slices.

64 mm width slicing area.

Includes a non-skid base and hook for resting over the edge of bowls or pots.

Can be fully disassembled after use for thorough cleaning.

What's the difference between the Professional and Classic Benriner Mandoline? Professional series includes a non-slip foot, hook for resting over the edge of a bowl or pot, and a more ergonomic handle. The Classic series does not have these features.
