This boxed set includes a 1 L glass jar, a reusable sprouting lid with stainless steel mesh, a starter envelope of organic sprouting seeds, and an instruction leaflet to guide you through the process. Simply soak your seeds, drain through the mesh lid, then rinse and drain daily as they begin to sprout.
