The Garcima Spanish Enamel Tapas Dish is a small black enamel pan made for serving tapas, olives, antipasti, sauces, sides and desserts.
Made from heavy cold-rolled steel with an enamel finish, each dish has two handles for easy serving from kitchen to table.
Suitable for wood fire, gas and oven use.
Made in Valencia, Spain by family-run cookware manufacturer Garcima, whose history dates back to 1920. As is typical of this style of functional enamel cookware, the finish may have minor variations, including areas of thinner or missing enamel on non-cooking surfaces such as the underside of the handles. These are cosmetic characteristics and do not affect the enamelled cooking surface or performance of the dish.
