This blend works to support the natural functions of your endocrine system, which encourages balanced transitions.

Mood Stabilizer & Pre-Menstrual Tension

The therapeutic properties of this blend work in harmony with the body to help establish balance and calm. It may be especially useful for the physical and emotional tensions that characterise PMT.

Menopause

Assist the transition of menopause with this natural support of endocrine functions. Once a week create a therapeutic bath or apply a compress to the small of the back to maintain phyto-hormone levels in the bloodstream. It is also recommended combining use with the popular herbal remedy Don Quai.

Directions

Diffusion: 10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required.

Pulse Points: A few drops to your pillow and sheets.

Compress: Add 5 drops to hot-wet cloth, place over small of back for pain relief or hormone balancing. Or add 5 drops to hot-dry cloth place over small of back, support with hot water bottle, leave as long as possible while resting.

Massage: Blend 10 drops to 1 teaspoon of Pure Unscented Body Oil (organic).
