The Appetito Stainless Steel Vegetable Steamer Basket is a convenient option for steaming vegetable, fish, meat, or poultry.
To use, pour water into the bottom of a saucepan and bring to a boil. Fill the steamer with food, then lower into the saucepan - there are three feet on the base of the steamer to hold it out of boiling water - then cover with the saucepan lid.
This design allows you to use in saucepans of a variety of sizes as you do not need to use with the basket fully open.
