The Bakemaster Professional Vitreous Enamel Square Baking Pan is a heavy duty square pan designed for baking cakes, slices and brownies.
The glassy, non-porous nature of the enamel finish makes it hard-wearing, naturally smooth, and easy to clean. The pan is suitable for direct heat sources including induction, giving it flexibility beyond standard oven baking.
Use on medium to low heat when using on a direct heat source, and take extra care with ceramic and induction stove tops as they heat quickly.
