The Bakemaster Sourdough Bread Knife is designed for clean, even slicing through crusty sourdough and artisan breads without tearing or crushing the softer centre.
Its bow-shaped design gives you good control while cutting, with a serrated stainless steel blade and ergonomic oak handle for a steady grip. It can also be used for bagels, pastries and other foods suited to a serrated blade.
A drawstring cotton storage bag and protective blade cover are included for storing the knife when not in use.
