The Brod & Taylor Boule Bannetons are designed to support your dough during the final proof, helping you achieve consistently shaped sourdough and artisan loaves.
The ridged, textured surface helps support the dough and allows it to release cleanly when it’s time to bake. The two bannetons nest together for compact, easy storage between bakes.
Made from upcycled sugarcane pulp and renewable bamboo, each boule banneton is suited to loaves weighing approximately 850 g - 1 kg.
