The Garcima Spanish Enamel Cazuela is a shallow cooking and serving dish suited to baking, roasting, rice dishes and stews.

Made from heavy cold-rolled steel with a vitrified enamel coating, its flat base allows it to be used on gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops, as well as in the oven.

Two side handles make it easy to move and serve at the table, while the black speckled enamel finish gives it a traditional Spanish look.

Made in Valencia, Spain by family-run cookware manufacturer Garcima, whose history dates back to 1920. As is typical of this style of functional enamel cookware, the finish may have minor variations, including areas of thinner or missing enamel on non-cooking surfaces such as the underside of the handles. These are cosmetic characteristics and do not affect the enamelled cooking surface or performance of the dish.
