The Pyrolux Pyrocast Burger Press is a heavy cast iron press designed for shaping and cooking evenly sized burgers at home or outdoors.
Its flat pressing surface and outer rim help keep burger edges uniform, while the solid weight applies firm, even pressure to the patty. It can be preheated directly on a grill, griddle or pan before pressing.
The cast iron is pre-seasoned with oil and should be cleaned with hot water, dried straight away and lightly re-seasoned after use to help maintain the surface.
