Regas Spanish Terracotta Paella Frying Pan Dishes (4 sizes)

The Spanish terracotta paella or frying pan dishes with handles are very convenient. You can fry off your meats and vegetables on your cooktop or over an open flame then transfer the dish directly to the oven to finish off cooking. These are smart enough to be used at the table and will compliment your culinary creations.

These are a traditional item made from high quality fire proof terracotta.

Important usage and care instructions:

These dishes are brittle when new so it is very important that a simple pre-use procedure is followed. If you intend to use on direct heat, please follow the process outlined below.

1. Before use, submerge in cold water overnight. If it is not used often or if the climate is dry, do this again before each use for a short time.
2. Do not put it on the heat empty (i.e. add a little oil).
3. Always begin cooking on a low heat. The heat can be increased once the dish is warm.
4. Do not subject to abrupt temperature changes.
5. Dry thoroughly before storing, especially in humid climates.
6. If placing into the freezer, make sure it is at room temperature first.

Suitable for use on gas, electric hobs, open fire and in the oven.

Dishwasher and microwave safe.
